Short terms for an informational site that collects nothing and sells nothing. Using this site means accepting them.
1. Who publishes this site

2. What this site is for
This site publishes general information about battle collection RPGs for readers in Australia. It is not a shop: nothing is sold here, no payment is taken here, and no account is created here. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or authorised by any game publisher.
Some links on this site are paid affiliate links, and the arrangement behind them is set out in full on the affiliate disclosure page. Following such a link takes you to a third party's website, where that third party's own terms and prices apply.
3. This is information, not advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, security or professional advice, and nothing on it should be relied on as a substitute for advice about your own circumstances. Statements about Australian law and about the role of regulators are general in nature and link to those bodies' own sites, which are the authoritative sources. For a consumer dispute, your state or territory fair trading office can help; the ACCC explains how responsibility is divided.
4. Accuracy and change
Pages are written from published material available at the time of writing, and product information changes without notice. Before acting on anything said here about a product — its platforms, its content, its prices or its terms — check the vendor's own site, which is the only source that is current by definition. Where a page states what a published description does or does not say, that reflects the description as it stood at the review date shown at the foot of every page.
The publisher may change, move or remove any page at any time, and may change these terms. A revised version takes effect when published on this page with a new effective date.
5. Third-party links
This site links to external websites, including government resources and, in the disclosed cases, an advertiser. Those sites are not under the publisher's control. Their content, availability, privacy practices and terms are their own, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the specific point it is cited for.

7. Liability, and the guarantees that cannot be excluded
The site is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published here, from the unavailability of the site, or from the content or conduct of any third-party site reached through a link.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law and that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law applies to something supplied through this site and cannot be excluded, the publisher's liability is limited, where the law permits that limitation, to supplying the relevant information again.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established. That choice does not deprive a reader in Australia of the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies to them, including the Australian Consumer Law, and does not prevent a reader from bringing a matter before a court or regulator that has jurisdiction where they live.
